Flexible Business Loans to Maximise Cash Flow and Fuel Growth

At Fifo Capital we provide flexible business loans tailored to Australian SMEs. A term loan is structured to the transaction, with flexible security options: secured against property, or on a general security basis where no property is available.

Where property is available we lend up to $5m over 6 to 60 months, with repayments structured as principal and interest, interest only, or a customised schedule matched to your cash flow. Where it is not, facilities run to $350k over terms to 18 months on a lighter document set.

Where a good business has a genuine purpose, we work to the deal rather than a bank template.

Frequently asked questions

How much funding do you offer?

Business Loans are available up to $5m where property security is available, or up to $350k on a general security basis where it is not.

What is the eligibility criteria for funding?
If you run a good business that has been operating for more than 12 months with an active ABN or ACN, we are in a good position to assist.

For facilities above $350k we will need property with available equity to secure against. Below that, we assess on cash flow and a general security agreement.

Speak to our team and we will advise based on your circumstances.
How long does this process take?

With a streamlined application process we can give you an indicative offer quickly and get funding to you soon after approval.

For larger, more complex facilities our team will structure a solution to suit the transaction, which takes longer to assess.

To get the ball rolling, get in touch with our team.

How do I apply?
To start this process, simply get in touch with our team, or complete an application online.

Standard requirements are bank statements via bankstatements.com.au, and your ATO Integrated Client Account and Income Tax Account for the last 12 months. Property-backed facilities also require financial statements and a property valuation.

We only ever ask for the documentation we need in order to assess your business' circumstances.
